Whirlpool Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of major home appliances, chose Gray to build a 1,550,283 s.f. manufacturing facility, including testing labs and a distribution center. This was Whirlpool's first project in the U.S. since 1905, replacing a 100-year-old facility just seven miles away.
