Will Barnhart joined Gray in 2010 as a project manager, beginning a career defined by growth, collaboration, and a steady commitment to people. Over the years, he has served in multiple leadership roles, each preparing him for his current position as Regional Manager, Midwest. Today, Will supports more than 175 project management team members across six markets and 15 states, ensuring projects are executed with excellence and aligned to Gray’s core values. 

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Will is passionate about cultivating strong teams through coaching, hiring, and building connections that drive both individual and company success. He finds purpose in the ever-changing nature of construction—where each challenge offers opportunities to learn, innovate, and make a lasting impact. 

Outside of Gray, Will enjoys time with his wife, Deana, and their three children. He also loves golfing, going to the movies, and playing strategy board games with friends.
