Since joining Gray as a project engineer in 2016, Taylor Bowling has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including site manager and project manager, before stepping into his current role as Regional Manager, Southeast. In this position, Taylor oversees Gray’s offices in Dallas, Birmingham, and Atlanta, where he focuses on building cohesive teams, mentoring future leaders, and supporting Gray’s mission of making a positive difference in people’s lives. 

Taylor’s passion for construction has evolved from building facilities to building people. He believes leadership is about empowering others to reach their fullest potential—both professionally and personally. His approach centers on teamwork, growth, and creating environments where people feel supported to lead in their careers and communities. 

When not at work, Taylor enjoys playing basketball, traveling, spending time outdoors, and being active in his church. He also values quality time with his friends and family.
