Shin

Phil Shin is a pivotal leader in developing Gray’s presence in the Korean market, providing direction for the development and execution of Korean projects on U.S. soil. As senior director, he works to establish professional relationships with customers and help them successfully settle in the U.S. With his technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and cultural acumen, Phil remains instrumental in expanding Gray’s global reach.

Phil worked for Samsung Construction in Korea for over eight years before joining Gray in 2003 as a project engineer. In the 23 years since, he’s been involved with more than 50 Korean projects, working with reputable companies like Hyundai Motor, Kia Motor, Samsung Electronics, CJ Bio, Posco, Lotte Aluminum, and Hanwha.

When he’s not working, Phil enjoys traveling and listening to music.
