Nikhil brings a blend of strategic thinking, innovation, and operational focus to his work, shaped by years of experience leading strategy and change at global organizations. Before joining Gray, he held corporate strategy and operational roles at companies such as Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc., where he developed transformational initiatives, drove change, and enhanced business performance.

At Gray, Nikhil serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy, where he plays a central role in developing governance and growth initiatives. He also champions the implementation of these initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams. Given his extensive manufacturing background, he currently serves as the Interim CEO of Anderson Dahlen Inc. leading Gray’s Specialty Equipment segment towards continued success.

He holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a Master’s in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys hiking – especially with his dog Zuko, and spending time with his family.
