Mitchell Hall’s strategic vision and technical expertise make him a valuable asset within Gray’s Food & Beverage market. As senior director, Mitchell partners with customers to navigate their complex expansion and modernization challenges—from concept planning and budgeting to detailed design-build and commissioning. Mitchell collaborates across Gray’s family of businesses, visiting customer facilities nationwide and garnering the resources to deliver innovative design-build and process integration solutions for brownfield and greenfield projects.

Mitchell’s passion for construction began at an early age and was inspired by working alongside his father on neighborhood projects, assembling Legos, and building mountain bike trails in the woods behind his house. With more than 15 years of design-build experience focused in the food and beverage industry, Mitchell is committed to embodying Gray’s core values, winning work, and earning long-term customer trust.

Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, and snowboarding.
