Drew
Romans
Drew Romans began his career at Gray in 2012 as a project engineer, but his innovative ideas and reputable work ethic led him up the ranks quickly. In his current role as vice president for Gray’s Manufacturing market, Drew’s responsibilities include developing relationships with customers, problem-solving with trade partners, coordinating with local and regional authorities, and overseeing Gray’s strategic priorities. The role demands a lot of energy, but Drew wouldn’t have it any other way. He loves his job because he loves people, and he takes great pride in being able to help them overcome challenges and grow as individuals.
With project experience that includes Volkswagen’s 1.1 million s.f. facility in Chattanooga, Fritz Winter’s new U.S. headquarters, Qcells’ award-winning solar module manufacturing facility, and many more, Drew is well-equipped to lead Gray into the future of manufacturing.
When he’s not working, Drew enjoys being with his wife and two sons. Their favorite activities include spending time outdoors, playing sports, fishing, camping, and hunting.
