Carl Gray’s innate people skills and passion for the full development journey define his approach as vice president of Gray Development. Whether evaluating raw sites or delivering finished facilities, he thrives on collaboration—staying closely connected with all stakeholders, listening thoughtfully, and aligning people and ideas to move projects forward with energy and purpose.

 

Carl is a seasoned real estate and development leader with extensive experience in construction, capital markets, and investment strategy. Drawing on his lifelong exposure to jobsites and a career spanning federal government, commercial real estate, and development, he brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to complex projects that makes him a trustworthy leader and invaluable asset to Gray.

 

When he’s not working, Carl enjoys hiking, going on adventures with his dog, trying new cuisines, and traveling.

 

The proud son of the late Howard Gray, Carl also captains Howard’s Team Kentucky—a group dedicated to championing multiple sclerosis research, support, and awareness through sport, community, and fundraising.
