McCormick Celebrates Expansion Ribbon Cutting

McCormick & Company Inc. celebrated a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, June 8^th on the 55,000 s.f. addition to their existing facility in South Bend, Ind. The expansion included 20,000 s.f. of refrigerated warehouse space.

McCormick has been a leader in the food industry since 1889 providing spices, herbs and flavorings.

This is Gray’s first design-build project for McCormick. The Gray team provided architecture, construction management, fire protection and civil, electrical, mechanical and structural engineering.
