Long Relationship With Idemitsu Continues

Gray Construction was selected to complete an expansion project for Idemitsu Lubricants America Corporation (ILA) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The project includes 100,000 s.f. of warehouse expansion and 5,000 s.f. of office expansion as well as a complete renovation of the existing office and laboratory space. ILA manufactures high performance lubricants for automotive, motorcycle, off-road and industrial applications. The manufacturing facility incorporates the latest in blending and packaging technologies.

The ILA expansion project is a continuation of the 19+ year relationship between Gray Construction and Idemitsu Lubricants America Corporation. Gray provided design, engineering and construction services for the original manufacturing plant in 1992.
