Best Places to Work Names Gray Southeast Office as Top Employer
For the third consecutive year, Best Companies Group selected Gray Construction’s Southeast Regional Office as one of their top large employers for its 2015 “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama.” In 2013 and 2014, the Southeast Regional Office ranked No. 1.
For the third consecutive year, Best Companies Group selected Gray Construction’s Southeast Regional Office as one of their top large employers for its 2015 “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama.” In 2013 and 2014, the Southeast Regional Office also ranked as a top company.
Best Companies Group ranks companies within the state of Alabama on a small, medium and large division scale. Businesses all across the state of Alabama completed a two-part survey program to qualify to enter the Best Companies competition. After the entries were submitted, Best Companies Group looked at each company’s workplace policies, systems, philosophy and demographics as well as employee experience in order to determine the final rankings.
“To be named one of the top companies to work for in Alabama three years in a row is a tremendous honor,” said Brian Jones, Vice President, Gray Construction Southeast Regional Office.
“We are thrilled with the recognition and are even more committed to setting the bar as high as possible to ensure our team members truly enjoy coming to work each day,” he added.
Gray Construction’s West Regional Office was also recognized for being one of the best places to work in Orange County for the second consecutive year.
