Tyson Foods is a worldwide leader in protein processing and has one of the fastest growing portfolios of protein-centric brands. The company selected Gray to provide design-build services for a new facility that processes corn chips, taco shells, and flour tortillas.

The new operation is designed for 100% wash-down capability and includes complex piping for ammonia-based refrigeration system. The main building houses production, shipping, storage, office, and support areas. Also included in the project are a flour-sifter building, hazardous team equipment building, wastewater treatment building, and guardhouse.
