As a longtime partner of Gray, Toyota Motor Manufacturing again called on the company’s expertise when it came time to build a new regional training facility for its Kentucky campus.

This 53,700 s.f. facility is the first design-build project at the Georgetown complex and is an addition to the existing training facility that was originally constructed in 1986.
This facility was awarded LEED Silver certification and was one of the first LEED-certified project in Kentucky.
The new location provides manufacture and assembly training of Toyota automobiles.
