Major Distributor for Global Beverage Company Selects Gray.

Reyes Holdings, LLC, is a family-owned-and-operated foodservice & beverage wholesaler and distributor. It serves as the holding company for the Reyes family of businesses, which include some of the largest food & beverage distributors in the U.S. in Reyes Beer Division, Martin Brower, and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling.

 

For its first project with Gray, Reyes Holdings selected Gray to design and build a 225,000 s.f. greenfield distribution center and office space in Fresno, CA.

Gray is designing the facility to LEED Silver standards, incorporating energy-efficient elements such as rooftop solar panels, skylights, and EV charging stations for the Reyes truck fleet. Upgrades to the 14-acre site include improving frontage, pouring a new parking lot with EV charging stations, and adding lighting, landscaping, and irrigation.

 

Designs for the customer’s facility feature air conditioning for workers throughout the entire warehouse, as well as a single wash-bay and fleet maintenance shop.
