For this project, IKEA asked Gray to build a 867,078 s.f. office and warehouse facility, including 150,241 s.f. of AS/RS area.
When IKEA, the Swedish home furnishing giant, needed to double the size of its Maryland distribution center, it turned to Gray – their original design-builder.
Swedish home furnishing giant IKEA selected Gray to design and build its new Midwest distribution center in Illinois. This new facility is responsible for serving the inventory needs of stores throughout the Midwest.
