Gray Delivers New Production Facility for Food Service Industry Supplier.
Since 1984, Häns Kissle has carefully crafted the highest quality fresh prepared foods, deli salads, and specialty salads for customers across the country. To help expand operations, the customer selected Gray to design and build a new greenfield manufacturing plant of nearly 100,000 s.f. on a 26-acre site north of Gastonia, NC.

The facility will feature steam and pressure cookers to create deli salads and prepared foods, as well as flexible process electrical connections to allow for versatile line and equipment arrangements. Multiple process rooms have been implemented into the facility design to maintain hygienic separation of ingredients and precise temperature setpoints for each process space.
