Gray Delivers First Area Location for Major Retailer.

Costco is a wholesale retail provider operating warehouse clubs across the globe. As one of the world’s largest retailers, Costco has worked with Gray on more than 20 projects.

 

For this project, Costco selected Gray to construct a new greenfield facility in St. Augustine, FL, as part of the retailer’s efforts to establish a greater presence in the South.

Preliminary work for the facility’s construction involved elevating the entire build site 4′ to account for the surrounding marshy terrain on the 17-acre location. The Gray project team met this challenge to maintain the project’s aggressive 8-month schedule and deliver the completed facility to the customer on time.

 

Construction of the facility will bring approximately 200 new jobs to the area.
