Costco, the leading membership warehouse chain in the U.S., provides products and services ranging from cold storage and groceries, to tire centers, pharmacies, photo centers, and hearing aid centers. Gray was selected by Costco to build this 143,057 s.f. pre-engineered warehouse.

Costco Wholesale Corporation selected Gray for its new Lexington, KY retail warehouse and fuel station. The 159,149 s.f. Lexington facility is Gray’s seventh project for Costco. Unique to this facility is the limestone marble anda native Kentucky river stone, incorporated at the front entrance. The fuel station features 16 pumps.

In its eighth project with the company, Gray was selected to perform construction management services for Costco Wholesale Corporation’s retail warehouse and 16-pump fuel station in the Northeast. The 159,667 s.f. warehouse is a replacement for one of Costco’s oldest locations, which was across the street from the new facility.
