Growing Within Gray: Q&A with Assistant Design Manager Adam Logsdon

The Gray family is constantly growing and changing. As the business continues to expand, Gray is adding new team members and current team members are advancing, taking on new roles and responsibilities. It’s this growth within our team members that is helping drive such great company growth! We recently spoke with Adam Logsdon, assistant design manager, about his recent career growth and his time with the Gray family.

Since your time at Gray, how has the company changed?

“Gray has made great strides in the Food & Beverage market since I started, and we have also more frequently worked on larger projects.”

What’s your favorite part about being a member of the Gray team?

“To put it simply, it comes down to the people. I am especially thankful for the company’s focus on the team members and for the many relationships that I have formed over the years.”

What’s the most valuable professional advice you’ve ever been given?

“Use the power of two.”

What’s your fondest memory since being part of Gray?

“There have been many, including the Gray Annual Meetings, Christmas parties, participating in Gray AE Pay It Forward Day, the Gray AE field trip, and celebrating with the AE group when I obtained my architect’s license.”

In one word, how would you describe Gray?

“Family.”
