Gray was recently quoted in an article, Standardized Sanitation, in Food Engineering. In this article, Gray’s Michael Rach, Director, EPC and Randolph Wilson, Director, Process Engineering discuss design concepts in food manufacturing plants. Rach cites recent Gray project examples that were designed to European requirements (some being very different from U.S. practices) while Wilson discusses flooring fundamentals.
