Walmart celebrated the opening of the second Southern California Walmart Neighborhood Market, a Gray-I.C.E. Builders project, on August 8, 2012 in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. The location is the second of Walmart’s smaller, more community-oriented stores to open in California and Orange County, and the fifth on the West Coast. The 32,000-sqaure-foot market will offer fresh groceries, organic produce, household and beauty items, a deli, bakery, pharmacy and one-hour photo center. Gray-I.C.E.
