Gray-I.C.E. Remodels Two JCPenney O.C. Stores
Gray-I.C.E. Builders, a Gray group company, recently completed the remodel of two major JCPenney department stores in Orange County, Calif. These renovations were mentioned in a recent article by the Orange County Register. The renovations are among 69 JCPenney department stores getting remodeled this year by one of Gray-ICEB’s top customers.
The newly remodeled stores included the 110,000 s.f. Laguna Hills Mall location and the 173,000 s.f. Westminster Mall location. Both stores received MNG by Mango, Call It Spring shops, updated fixtures, improved lighting, new signage, updated fine jewelry departments, modernized shoe departments, new carpet and tile and improved fitting rooms. The Laguna Hills store also added a 2,000 s.f. Sephora, a leading beauty retailer.
Gray-I.C.E. Builders has completed more than fifty JCPenney projects including new stores, full phased store remodels, and store-in-store initiatives for international brands such as Sephora, Aldo and Mango.
