Gray Attended the Wind Turbine Supply Chain Conference

Gray Construction attended the US Wind Turbine Supply Chain Conference in Chicago on April 12-13. This conference addressed many facts and strategies regarding the rapidly evolving US Wind turbine manufacturing industry. The majority of the conference presentations were given by major OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer’s) and industry consultants. Conference topics included: how to compete as a new entrant in the wind turbine market against the established European and Asian companies as well as keys to success in negotiating with an OEM. The conference also focused on citing a new production facility in relationship to the OEM and material suppliers or wind farm.
