Wild Fork Foods is a full-service meat and seafood provider that manages every aspect of the customer experience, from farm to fork. A subsidiary of JBS USA, Wild Fork Foods offers a wide variety of quality-cut meats for direct home delivery from its processing plant in Lenoir, North Carolina.
Wild Fork Foods selected Gray to provide turnkey design-build services for major upgrades to its operation, a partnership with JBS and the first project in its wider plans for expansion.

The expansion is integrated into an existing JBS Case-Ready facility and encompasses more than 82,000 s.f. with four new production lines, a full mezzanine, a 5,000 s.f. ammonia machine room expansion, upfits of office and process areas, and upgrades to the refrigeration system.
To boost the customer’s production capacity, Gray provided process design and equipment for the new production lines. Coupled with design and construction services, Gray delivered a total solution for the customer’s expanded operation.
