Gray Brand Develops Customer Relationship over a Decade.
For more than a decade, The Coca-Cola Company has trusted InLine Engineers, a Gray company, to provide engineering, technical, and management services for its manufacturing and research and development facilities. The latest project in this long and successful relationship was a new R&D facility.
InLine’s experience working with the world’s largest beverage manufacturer and distributor stretches back years. Over that time, the Inline team has developed a thorough knowledge of the customer’s specific processes and organizational structure to complement Gray’s expansive experience in the food & beverage industry.
This history with Coca-Cola includes dozens of larger projects and countless smaller orders for process engineering work. Much of this work has been focused in the Greater Atlanta area, where the customer’s corporate headquarters are located, which has opened the opportunity for close, frequent collaboration.
Through InLine’s continuous collaboration, Gray has developed a knack for understanding Coca-Cola’s needs and goals. Having the opportunity to work with a customer so consistently over the years adds a special touch to the relationship—an aspect that reflects Gray’s core value of being customer and relationship driven.
