Shintech is the world’s largest producer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is a general-use resin finding wide application in goods used in daily life and a significant number of industrial materials. The company selected Gray to complete its first design-build project in the U.S. This PVC powder bagging plant enables Shintech to package its product for direct shipment to overseas markets.

Gray met an aggressive six-month schedule with this project to help improve the company’s market position. This facility required more than 400 auger-cast piles be installed in a little more than three weeks by employing two cranes and an aggressive work schedule.
