To accommodate increasing enrollment, Lexington’s Sayre School selected Gray to help it execute three extensive capital improvement projects.

This project included the renovation and expansion of a 22,000 s.f. existing building for a new middle school; an 11,200 s.f. building for cafeteria and assembly space; and a new 40,000 s.f. high school building.

 

Although space was tight during the construction phase due to the historic downtown campus, Gray strategically worked around the existing and operational facility to complete the project with minimal disruption.
