saturn petcare is the largest private-label pet food producer in Europe and manufactures more than 1,500 varieties of wet and dry food products for pets, as well as specialty products. When the company decided to launch its first U.S. operation, it chose a trusted partner in Gray to design and build the renovated facility.

The nearly 200,000 s.f. facility once served as a pharma manufacturing plant, which Gray transformed into a state-of-the-art pet food manufacturing operation.
The new manufacturing operation produces wet pet food for cats and dogs in aluminum trays. This location serves as the U.S. home for saturn and allows the company to provide enhanced services to its domestic customer base as well as support the creation of specialty stores, supermarket integration, and discount stores.
