Despite the massive size, this project was completed in just ten months and required road and bridge construction on surrounding land to reduce the local traffic burden.
In 2007, the project won the “Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award” from the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers. The award recognized the massive scale of the facility as well as the overall benefit to the Lima community.
