Upgrade & Expansion to Existing Plant.

This project, completed by Spencer Bristol Engineering, a Gray company, included the upgrades and an expansion to an existing chilled water central plant. Project services included the preparation of concept drawings and specifications in sufficient detail to be used as a scope document for a design-build contractor.
