Osram Sylvania
Regional Distribution Facility.
Osram Sylvania selected Gray to design and build its new regional distribution center adjacent to the company’s manufacturing plant. The facility houses the majority of the company’s glass tubing and fluorescent lamp products and was built to allow Sylvania to consolidate its Midwest distribution operations under one roof. In addition to the new facility, Gray also provided upgrades to the existing campus to streamline traffic flows.

Gray took on an aggressive construction schedule in order to meet operational dates and sequenced work activities, which accelerated rack and conveyer installation. Despite lost time due to inclement weather, Gray completed the project on schedule and within budget.
