The company selected Gray to design and build a 40,000 s.f. expansion to its existing Hot Pocket sandwich facility in Kentucky that included a new proofer room, spiral freezer/oven area, vegetable prep room, boiler room expansion, along with some office and employee space.
In addition, Nestlé called on Gray for a new 260,000 s.f. refrigerated warehouse on the campus that required complex freezer construction and connected to the existing facility via a tunnel system.
