Idemitsu selected Gray as a design-build partner for this project. This state-of-the-art, fully computerized oil-blending plant was the first U.S. manufacturing facility for the company. Ten years after the initial project, Idemitsu selected Gray to complete an expansion to provide the company with additional warehouse and office space.
