Brewery Process Improvement.
A global brewing company with a diverse portfolio of well over 500 beer brands, including global brands, needed a partner for projects in multiple international operations.
For these projects, a new manufacturing execution system (MES) was integrated to help manage and store brand process flows and specification parameters.
In addition, another connector functionality option was included as a part of the projects to import process flows into AF/EF for production batch tracking and to improve productivity within the facilities.
This technology has been implemented in seven facilities so far with the potential of 15 more facilities being outfitted in the coming years.
