Georgia-Pacific chose Gray to design and build this new gypsum wallboard manufacturing facility. GP gypsum wallboard is industry-trusted and high performing, and it comes in a variety of specifications to fit unique building needs.
Included in this 720,000 s.f. facility will be a production area; rock handling and mill expansion space; paper and raw material storage area; finished product and truck loading space; and offices.
The new greenfield facility will sit adjacent to Georgia-Pacific’s existing gypsum wallboard manufacturing facility. Combined, the two facilities will be able to produce and distribute more than one billion s.f. of gypsum products per year.
