This facility manufacturers parts for Tesla, one of the world’s leading electric vehicle and clean energy companies.
The newly expanded area produces dashboard consoles, door panels, and wiring harnesses for the Tesla Model Y. Gray was responsible for the construction of the original plant that totals nearly 275,000 s.f. and produces the same components for the Tesla Model X.
As a part of this project, Gray installed a new bridge crane and footing, as well as new manufacturing molding equipment. Gray also provided new areas of cable trays and support at the interior of the existing plant to support the new space.
