This 73,000 s.f., $4.5 million renovation in 2013 included not only high-bay areas for actual historic vintage aircraft display, but also humidity-controlled areas for artifact storage and viewing, new mechanical systems, high-bay lighting systems, and pre-function and restroom areas suitable for assembly occupancies.

In 2015, Delta did an extension of their Flight Museum that included the conversion of the original Boeing 747 into museum exhibit space. A completely custom, one-off project, aircraft power/cooling as well as standard building power are required to support the newly purposed aircraft, which is equipped with exhibit space, an internal theater, accessible elevator, etc. In addition, the site surrounding the museum feature meeting spaces, pavilions, and restroom areas.
