Gray was selected by CVS/pharmacy to construct its new, highly automated warehouse and distribution center. This facility supplies 350 CVS drug stores throughout the Northeast and features a pharmaceutical cooler.

Gray worked with CVS during the early planning phase, providing pre-construction services, including site analysis. Though originally contracted to pursue LEED Silver certification, Gray was able to exceed expectations and achieve LEED Gold. This project is CVS’s first LEED-certified distribution center.
