The customer selected Gray Ohio Valley to construct its newest Crossroads IGA in Lexington, Kentucky—a 12,000 s.f. facility encompassing a neighborhood grocery, fast food chain, convenience store, and gas station.

Gray provided project and site management for the new greenfield facility, which includes polished concrete floors, five split-system air handling units, a dining area, large restrooms, and wide automatic storefront doors.
