Coors Biotech selected Gray for services on its 27,000 s.f. facility. The plant was originally built as Kroger’s Nutrisearch to process whey into baker’s yeast and a high-quality protein powder.

This first-of-its-kind facility in the world required extensive research and innovative planning. Gray worked closely with Swiss fermentation equipment manufacturers to meet equipment installation and start-up dates. Gray also worked around several challenging process installations due to compact structure.
