Hyperscale Data Center Campus in Mississippi

This customer provides on-demand cloud computing platforms on a metered, pay-as-you-go basis for more than 1 million active customers, including individuals in more than 240 countries and territories across market sectors.

Gray was trusted to build their ninth campus for this customer. This was a unique project for them in a new market where they could leverage Gray’s ability to build partnership based trade, AHJ, and utility provider relationships.

The overall campus consists of four 220,000 s.f. data centers each with 65 MW of electrical capacity. The scope includes construction of ancillary buildings, including offices and a security building.
