Multipurpose Office Space.

Community Action Council works to serve the low-income population through advocacy, service delivery, and community involvement. The Council selected Gray to design and build this renovation project including a retrofit of a 1960’s vintage downtown building with architectural characteristics typical of that era.

This project features an entrance that is accentuated with a landscaped garden space, an elevator, floor openings to light lower level, open-office environment, and architectural elements that create conference spaces.
