This newly renovated and expanded 30,658 m2 facility serves as the second manufacturing source for the company’s beverage concentrate business and will include an external chiller, condensing units, and a wastewater treatment plant.

 

In addition to providing design-build services for the brownfield facility, Gray also delivered digital services for the project, including a custom batch processing suite based on inductive automation ignition platform. Automated packaging solutions included filling systems for drums, totes, and pails, while other integrated process equipment and systems included bulk liquid unloading and storage, liquid batching tanks, and dry ingredient handling.
