American Howa is a subsidiary of Howa Textile Industry Ltd., headquartered in Kasugai, Japan that manufactures dashboard insulators, headliners, and other interior trim for the automotive industry.

American Howa selected Gray to design and build its original facility as well as an expansion six months later. Then two years later, Gray was selected to complete another expansion for the company.

 

American Howa was one of the first companies to locate in the innovative Bowling Green Transpark. Throughout the process, members of Gray’s Japanese Operations Group traveled to Japan several times to identify and coordinate key issues.

 

Gray was able to complete expansion without disturbing Howa’s ongoing operations.
