Gray Begins Decades-Long Design-Build Partnership with Metals Manufacturer
Gray has partnered with Allvac Forging on multiple projects, beginning in 2001 with a multi-phased design-build effort to expand the company’s manufacturing complex in Richburg, SC.

The first phase of the Richburg project involved the design and construction of a 58,434 s.f. metal forging facility. Further phases included an 85,000 s.f. renovation of the customer’s specialty steel rolling mill and the addition of a 48,500 s.f. coil processing center.
Throughout the campus-wide project, Gray team members took special measures to avoid disrupting ongoing operations.
