Gray and Academy have a history of successful projects including a distribution center in Jeffersonville, GA., and retail facilities in Decatur, AL and Prattville, AL, among others.
This 1.6 million s.f. distribution facility sits on more than 250 acres and, at the time, was the largest distribution facility in Tennessee under one roof. This project features a warehouse, office, cafeteria, and computer room. The warehouse includes 21,585 s.f. of AS/RS area. The Cookeville distribution center supports Academy Sports + Outdoors’ Midwest network of stores, as well as its growing e-commerce business.
