North American Expansion for Increased Capacity.

Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation (KMA) decided to build in Georgia as a part of plans to aggressively promote and expand the company’s North American business. Gray was selected to provide design-build services on the new 498,860 s.f. manufacturing facility at Gateway Industrial Centre.

Kubota’s RTV series vehicles include compact tractors, zero-turn mowers, and utility vehicles, all of which are manufactured at the plant. The facility allows KMA to increase capacity to 50,000 units annually.
