Gray Construction Goes Beyond Design-Build with Launch of Gray Development
As an extension to its fully-integrated design-build approach, Gray Construction announces Gray Development, a highly focused division of Gray established to streamline the development process from start to finish. Powered by Gray’s industry expertise and a flexible method to financing, Gray Development offers a “one-stop-shop” solution to meeting every project need.
Services of Gray Development include Site Selection/Evaluation, Incentive Coordination, Construction Financing, Permanent Financing and Build-to-Suit Lease Structures. Delivery methods include Design-Build, Construction Management At-Risk and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
“Our customers’ needs are highly evolved—and that really calls for a more creative approach to executing every phase of our projects, including financing and turnkey development,” said Gray Development Director Curt Hargrove. “Gray Development is the natural next step to building on Gray’s proven design-build methodology.”
