Willett Engineering News
This week Willett Engineering is celebrating the retirement of one of its very first employees, Debra (Debbie) Clark.
Debbie came to work for Mac Willett, P.E., when his company was newly founded. Bringing experience in executive-level administration, she contributed to shaping the fledgling business into the successful and enduring firm it is today.
In her nearly 30 years with Willett Engineering, Debbie has served in a variety of roles, most notably as accounting clerk. Many have heard Mac boast of his confidence in Debbie’s expert management of the company’s accounts.
Debbie has been known not only for her remarkable professional skills, but also for her friendly disposition, calm presence, and wise counsel. Although she is retiring from the Willett team, her friendships with Mac and others will endure.
As she embarks on her retirement adventure, Debbie looks forward to spending extra time with her young grandson, as well as spending long, breezy hours sailing Lake Oconee with her husband of 40 years, Steve Clark.
Willett Engineering is profoundly grateful for Debbie’s many years with us, and we congratulate her on a well-deserved retirement.
Thank you, Debbie, for everything you’ve done for Willett Engineering and for all you’ve done for each one of us. We wish you good books, good tea and especially good sailing winds.
Your friends,
