Fondant Production Line Relocation and Upgrade
Spec Engineering oversaw the relocation and build out of a syrup blending, fondant, icing, and candy center manufacturing. Production capacity was increased by 150%, and the processing facility was upgraded to meet GFSI certification. Spec designed the multi-line production facility to be flexible to handle extensive recipes while isolating allergens and non-GMO specifications.
